• During peak seasons, such as Launch Days, Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend, Christmas, and other sale times, orders can take up to 7 business days to process due to the high volume of orders.

• Click the button labeled "View My Order" in your confirmation email for order updates.

3. International Shipping

• Currently, we offer international shipping exclusively to Canada.
• We hope to expand our international shipping options in the future to serve even more customers worldwide.
